Free Shipping to the USA and Canada
We’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and free delivery in Canada. We want to make sure you receive your products quickly and hassle-free, no matter where you are!
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process all orders within 24 hours (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that the order processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. We’ll keep you updated via text message with the phone number provided at checkout, letting you know when to expect your delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re happy to ship select items internationally! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, but we’re always here to help guide you through the process.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our carriers may have limitations when it comes to delivering to P.O. boxes. If this affects your order, we’ll keep you informed and work to find the best solution for you.
Checking Your Order Status
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven't received your order within 2 days of your shipping confirmation, don’t worry—just reach out to us at help@tatooinenomad.com with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the full order amount minus any return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at help@tatooinenomad.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and ensure your satisfaction.
